At Phantom Exclusive, we are based in the highland of Scotland. Founder by Sean Mcleary who has been in the Graphic Design industry for 8 years, we are striving to create a new kind of brand with a unique name to go with it. 

Delivery Times

Our delivery times can vary from 5-20 business days. This is due to products coming from different region of the world and also due to us using a print on demand service. When you order a product, our clothing supplier then treats each order as a custom creation. 

Custom creations take time to produce, which is why we have longer delivery times. We hope to improve this as we grow as a company but for now this is the standard. 

Return Policy

All returns are managed via https://www.printful.com/ which will be managed on your behalf via Phantom Exclusive. We accept returns up to 14 days after purchase.
